ETFs

ETFs are Exchange-Traded Funds, a type of investment fund that trades on stock exchanges, much like individual stocks. ETFs are composed of various assets such as stocks, bonds, commodities, or a combination thereof, and they typically aim to track the performance of a specific index. ETFs offer investors a way to gain exposure to a diversified portfolio of assets without having to buy each individual asset separately. They are often seen as a convenient and cost-effective way to invest in a particular sector, market, or asset class. Additionally, ETFs provide liquidity as they can be bought and sold throughout the trading day at market prices.
